This website is operated by Vexoriumzanthylq BV, a company under Belgian law with registered office at Avenue Louise 250 box 14, 1050 Ixelles (Brussels), CBE 0789.456.123, VAT BE 0789.456.123, incorporated in 2022 and represented by its directors.
2. Purpose
Vexoriumzanthylq provides information on crowdfunding projects in the Belgian real estate sector. This website does not constitute an offer to subscribe nor personal investment advice within the meaning of MiFID regulations.
3. Authorisations
Vexoriumzanthylq BV is authorised in Belgium as a crowdfunding service provider under licence FSMA-CF-2023-018 on the basis of Regulation (EU) 2020/1503 on European crowdfunding service providers for business.
4. Risks
Investing in real estate crowdfunding involves risks, including the partial or total loss of invested capital, liquidity risk and delays in the delivery of projects. Invest only amounts you can afford to lose and read the full Key Investment Information Sheet (KIIS) beforehand.
