1. Data controller
Vexoriumzanthylq BV, registered office at Avenue Louise 250 box 14, 1050 Ixelles (Brussels), registered with the CBE under number 0789.456.123, is the data controller within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
2. Which data do we process?
We process the data you provide via our newsletter and contact forms: first name, last name, e-mail address, as well as technical data such as IP address, browser type and website behaviour, where you have given your consent.
3. Purposes and legal basis
Your data is processed to deliver our newsletter (consent), to follow up on your requests (performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures) and to comply with our legal obligations under Belgian and European law, including the regulation of crowdfunding service providers (Regulation (EU) 2020/1503).
4. Retention period
Newsletter data is kept for as long as you remain subscribed and up to 12 months after you unsubscribe. Accounting data is retained for 10 years as required by Belgian law.
5. Recipients
Your data is shared only with service providers acting on our behalf (e-mail platform, hosting in the European Economic Area) and with competent Belgian authorities when we are legally required to do so, such as the FSMA.
6. Your rights
